    Anything that makes you feel royal! Ball gowns, cosplays of your favorite book characters... Just stay away from large or sharp objects. LARP weapons made of foam or latex are permitted up to a size of 1m. We also recommend shoes that you can dance well in!
  • Do I need a companion?
    No! You are welcome to come to the ball alone! Feel free to connect via our Discord Server!
  • I want to help at the ball!
    If you want to work at the ball, you can apply to us as a server/barkeeper/bouncer at info@event-all-in.de.
  • Are weapons allowed?
    LARP weapons made of foam or latex are permitted up to a size of 1m. Real knives, guns and swords are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from the house.

  • Gibt es eine Altersbeschränkung?
    Yes, the ball will take place as an 18+ event due to the time and alcohol service. We will carry out an ID check at the entrance.
  • Was für Musik läuft auf dem Ball?
    Auf dem Ball wird ein Mix aus Bardcore/Tavernwave (mittelalterlich inspirierte Remakes bekannter Lieder) und (bookish) Pop-Songs laufen!
  • Muss ich als Elf kommen?
    No! All civilized beings are welcome as long as they adhere to the dress code.
  • Can you change clothes on site?
    Unfortunately, there is no possibility to change clothes or put on make-up on site.
  • Is there a cloakroom?
    Yes! You are welcome to hand over your jacket and bag to us.
  • Ist das Rauchen vor Ort gestattet?
    Smoking is permitted in the signposted outdoor areas.
  • Where is the venue located?
    The location is in Hamburg, Germany at Süderstraße 288.
  • Wird es Sitzmöglichkeiten geben?
    There will be the opportunity to sit in the reading lounge on site.
  • Are the Störtebeker Säle accessible by wheelchair?
    The halls can be reached via an elevator, but there is no wheelchair-accessible toilet on site.
  • Are there drinks on site?

  • Can I return my ticket?
    The purchase price will only be refunded if the event is canceled by BGM GmbH.
  • Is public transport included in the ticket?
    No, the ticket does not entitle you to use local public transport.
